Our investment strategy seeks properties that can be repositioned through programmatic capital improvements and the implementation of operating efficiencies through highly pro-active and detail-oriented management practices.

Property Types: Multifamily (both conventional market rate and LIHTC in the extended use period)

Target Markets: Richmond, VA; Hampton Roads, VA; Charlottesville, VA; Northern, VA; Raleigh/Durham, NC; Greensboro, NC

Property Size: 150 units or larger. Smaller properties with 100 units or larger will be considered in Richmond and Hampton Roads, VA

Construction Vintage: 1970s or newer

Deal Value: $10 million to $50 million per property. Single asset and portfolio transactions considered.
