Levco’s principals and its senior team have been involved in the acquisition, renovation, and management of over 6,000 multifamily apartment units. Overall, our team has experience operating and transacting real estate assets valued in excess of $4 billion across over 200 properties in 23 states.

FUND MANAGEMENT

Levco sponsors closed end private equity funds focused on the acquisition of existing multifamily properties. As discretionary investment managers, we hold ourselves to the highest fiduciary and ethical standards.

Levco works with single institutional and family office investors to help them meet specific investment mandates related to multifamily properties.

Levco partners with institutional and family office investors to form programmatic joint ventures to acquire multifamily properties.

INVESTMENT CRITERIA

Levco Management acquires both stabilized and value add multifamily properties in select markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic. As a fully integrated investment, property management, and construction firm, Levco can underwrite, diligence, and close transactions with a highly efficient and seller-friendly process. Our investment strategy seeks properties that can be repositioned through programmatic capital improvements and the implementation of operating efficiencies through highly pro-active and detail-oriented management practices.

Property Types: Multifamily (both conventional market rate and LIHTC in the extended use period)

Target Markets: Richmond, VA; Hampton Roads, VA; Charlottesville, VA; Northern, VA; Raleigh/Durham, NC; Greensboro, NC

Property Size: 150 units or larger. Smaller properties with 100 units or larger will be considered in Richmond and Hampton Roads, VA

Construction Vintage: 1970s or newer

Deal Value: $10 million to $50 million per property. Single asset and portfolio transactions considered.
